G1 Mini SCARA robots are perfect for small footprint, light payload applications where high precision, high speed, and high performance are required. Available in 175 and 225mm arm lengths.

Unique to the G1 Mini SCARA robots is that they are available as 4 axis or 3 axis models. G1 Mini SCARA robots can be ordered with the last rotational axis (U-Axis) removed. This is for applications where rotational orientation of the part is not required.

With over 30 models available in sizes from 250-300mm, EPSON G3 robots are the robot of choice for high precision, high speed applications where performance AND low cost are required.  Unique to the G-Series, is the new curved arm option which allows G3 arms to be purchased as right or left curved models to maximize work envelope usage while maintaining small workspace usage overall. G3 arms are available in 250, 300 and 350mm arm lengths and come with 150mm (120 clean) Z-Axis lengths. They are also available in table top, wall or ceiling mount configurations as well as Clean/ESD configurations.

G6 SCARA arms are available in 450, 550 and 650mm lengths with either 180 (150 clean) or 330 (300 clean) Z-Axis lengths. They are also available in table top, wall or ceiling mount configurations. Clean/ESD and Washdown models are also available in all 3 core arm lengths.  Unique to the G6 is our new Max-E envelope design. With Max-E, Epson G6-55x robots are now able to do jobs that previously required 600mm arms. Smaller footprints are the key and that translates to less factory space requirements and less overall factory costs.

The EPSON C4 compact 6-Axis robot continues the tradition of setting new standards for small sized 6-axis robot performance. As the leader in compact 6-Axis robots, the new EPSON C4 design includes a unique compact wrist pitch as well as a slim body elbow design. With outstanding flexibility, EPSON C4 robots were made for big jobs in tiny spaces.

C4 compact 6-axis robots have 665mm horizontal reach, 885mm vertical reach and 4Kg maximum payloads. They are available in Clean/ESD models and work with our RC700 controller.  C4L Long Reach 6-axis robots have 900mm horizontal reach and 4Kg maximum payloads.

C8 Compact 6-Axis Robots

Epson C8 Compact 6-Axis RobotThe EPSON C8 compact 6-Axis robots provide high performance in a slimline package. With up to 8Kg of payload, EPSON C8 robots handle mid-sized 6-axis jobs while keeping an extremely small footprint.  Just like our EPSON C4 robots, the C8 design includes a unique compact wrist pitch as well as a slim body elbow design. Bottom line, EPSON C8 robots were made for big jobs in tiny spaces. Our goal was to build a robust robot in a compact shell capable of meeting EPSON's high performance standards. The new EPSON C8 does that and more by allowing payloads up to 8Kg while maintaining fast speeds and cycle times.

This slimline body and compact wrist design enable greater motion range and less mechanical restrictions than comparably sized models. Larger motors and superior servo controls allow for fast yet precise motion control which means smoother motion for your next application. In addition EPSON acceleration/deceleration rates due to our high performance Epson proprietary servo system provide fast motion on a smooth path.

the RC620+ is a PC Based Controller but with the power of a real time engine running the up to 32 tasks and SPEL+ language. In addition, the RC620+ uses our EPSON RC+ development environment which is the Industry Leader in ease of use. Advanced and beginning users alike select the RC620+ as their robot controller of choice because it saves them time and money with every application. The RC620+ can control Epson G-Series and RS-Series SCARA robots, Epson EZ Modules, and also Epson PS, S5 and C3 6-Axis robots.

The RC620+ is capable of controlling up to 8 axes from the core controller and additional robots can be added through external drive units as well. The core machine can control 2 G-Series SCARA robots or a G-Series on a Module or a 6 Axis robot on a module or many other combinations. Up to 20 axes total.
